Founded in 2004, our firm focuses its attention on Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions, which includes, but not limited to, drafting and negotiating purchase/sale agreements, preparing documents involving all forms of real estate financing, whether from a formal lending institution, installment sales (“rent-to-own”) or private equity; title research and title insurance, and escrow closings.

Donovan Steltzner, our principal, is proud to be an underwriting agent with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company, two of the largest and respected title insurance companies in the United States, and is a licensed title insurance agent in both North and South Carolina.
